Justin Wong is a designer, art director, typographer, and dessert person from NYC, specializing in identity design and advertising creative.
Cultivated in the bustling culture and collectivist spirit of New York City, Justin's approach to design is rooted in a profound appreciation for the arts and a careful attention to detail. He holds a dual concentration BFA with Honors in Advertising and Design from the School of Visual Arts. His work spans the fields of art direction, branding, and creative strategy.
Passionate about building brands and making people smile, he strives to craft insight-backed and provocative work, bringing fresh perspectives and strong, rationale-driven design to every project. His work helps corporations, startups, and individuals define impactful experiences.
Justin's work has been internationally exhibited and recognized by the One Club for Creativity, the Type Directors Club, Print Magazine, Time Out, Graphis, NBC, Communication Arts, and D&AD, among others. Recent clients include Hennessy, the NBA, Facebook, General Electric, Ray-Ban, Meta Reality Labs, and Google Android.
In 2023, Justin joined the Board of AIGA New York as a Director on the Education Workgroup, committed to furthering the organization’s mission of supporting the diverse community of students and emerging creatives in New York. Justin also serves on the Illustration jury for the AIGA Worldstudio Scholarships.
